Staffwise Collective Ltd ("Staffwise Collective", "we", "us") is a recruitment agency registered in England & Wales, specialising in trades and construction placements. From candidates: name, contact details, location, employment history, qualifications, certifications, salary expectations, and any CV or experience information you provide to us.
From employers: name, company details, contact information, and details of roles you ask us to help fill.
From website visitors: basic technical information such as browser type, generated automatically when you visit the site. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

How we use your information

To match candidates with relevant roles and introduce suitable candidates to employers

Who we share it with

We share candidate information with employers only where relevant to a specific role you have expressed interest in, or where we believe you may be suited to an opportunity, and we will not share your CV or personal details with a specific employer without first discussing the opportunity with you. We process your personal data under UK GDPR primarily on the basis of legitimate interests (matching candidates to roles, and operating as a recruitment business), consent (where you have actively registered your interest with us), and, where applicable, the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request.

How long we keep your information

We retain candidate and employer information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our recruitment services, and in line with standard recruitment industry retention practice, typically no longer than necessary for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as set out below.
