About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Staffwise Collective website (staffwisecollective.co.uk). By using this site, submitting your details as a candidate, or contacting us as an employer, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Staffwise Collective Ltd is a recruitment agency registered in England & Wales, operating as a permanent-placement recruiter specialising in trades and construction.

Use of this website

This website is provided for the purpose of connecting candidates with employment opportunities and employers with candidates. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Candidates

Submitting your details does not guarantee that we will find you a role, or that any role will be offered to you.
We will only share your details with a specific employer after discussing the opportunity with you first.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

Employers

Submitting a role does not create a binding obligation on either party. A formal Terms of Business Agreement, covering fees and terms, will be issued and must be agreed before any candidates are formally submitted for a role.
We aim to introduce suitable, qualified candidates but do not guarantee that a submitted role will be successfully filled.

No guarantee of outcome

While we aim to provide a high-quality recruitment service, we do not guarantee that any candidate will secure employment, or that any employer will successfully fill a role, through our services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staffwise Collective Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our recruitment services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website belong to Staffwise Collective Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
